Using Doo

Tasks not syncing?

Check that the devices use the same Apple account, iCloud is enabled for Doo, and iCloud has available storage. Connect to the internet and allow time for changes to sync. Avoid deleting the app or iCloud data as a troubleshooting step.

Apple Intelligence unavailable?

Check availability in Doo’s Settings and confirm that Apple Intelligence is enabled on a supported device and language. The system may need time to download its models.

Reminders not appearing?

Allow notifications for Doo in your device settings. For location reminders on iPhone, also check location permissions and the task’s arrival or departure setting.
